Dunk Island Queensland

Beautiful Dunk Island 4km off the coast (Cassowary Coast) from Mission Beach provides for campers and (until recently) people seeking a luxury resort. Make sure you double check, following the last cyclone there are need for drastic repairs to that luxury resport. Probably not the best during the rainy season. I spent 3 days drenched through getting eaten by mozzies, but certainly more promising during winter.
