You consider your options, boiled and then garlic sauce over them? Do you just eat them with salt and pepper with vinegar? What if there was more you could do to spice things up a little? How about this for a little bit of a different option, cook Chilli Mud Crab using a camp oven.

Here is a simple way to cook Chilli mud crab using a camp oven. This sure to win you Michelin star level of reputation amongst your crowd. 👌

Chilli Crab Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 x 1Kg Mud Crab(Free,caught by your own hands with fence wire hack)
• 1/3 cup Oil
• 1-2 Tspn finely chopped Ginger
• 1-2 Tspn finley chopped Garlic
• Chilli’s as many as you can handle sliced, fried with garlic and ginger
• 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce or Sweet Chilli Sauce
• 1 Tblspn Soft Brown Sugar or Raw Sugar
• 1/3 Cup Water
• Hand full shallots (throw in just before you serve)
• 1 bunch coriander (throw in just before you serve, optional)

Please ensure that you are aware of the local laws and regulations in and around the areas that you intend to go crabbing in.
*Never take the females* or *crabs under 15cm (16″)*
