Toyota Hilux Aqua Build – aquatic evolution

This is a story of innovation and know how. Above all it demonstrates the age-old adage of “if at first you don’t (sink oops I meant) succeed then try and try and try again. So, meet Swampy. This vehicle was a bit rough initially but with some adjustments and a few basic changes this 1996 Toyota Hilux stock of rock, with 46″ mud tyres has evolved into an aquatic master. You won’t believe this to you see it. These lads push this vehicle to the limits.

You see the tyres on this BAMF (badassmotherfricken) beast are not just for your average run of the mill kind of 4×4 driving that you tend to see people do. These tyres are destined for greatness. Tyres of this magnitude are for “Floating” like a swan across the river. Also, I would like to mention that airbags are not just used for safety reasons in case of emergencies, you see they can after a bit of maths calculus in fact be attached to the BAMF tyres that this Toyota Hilux sports. When they are deflated, they kind look like an empty breast implant that you strap on. Then once the air goes in you realise that they are just giant floaties. Genius!
