Pork Belly – Camp Oven

Pork Belly in a camp oven. I would be adding Chinese five spice to the salt though and leaving it to dry over night. The heat from the coals on top helps with the cracking. If it doesnt crackle enough dump a tone of red hot colas over the top right at the end.
