Chicken in Oyster Sauce
Chicken in Oyster Sauce, righto, this will taste good for sure, however don’t use the full litre of water. Use about 500ml of chicken stock instead and let the sauce thicken without burning. None the less she is a good girl cooking dinner for dad. Looking for the video on how to train kids on campsite etiquette.
Ingredients:
4 KG Chicken Wings (remove tips)
250 ml Oyster Sauce (1 small bottle)
2 Tblspn Sesame Oil
2 Tblspn Garlic Paste or 4 cloves
500ml Boiled Water or Chicken Stock
Method:
Heat up cast iron pot, add sesame oil and garlic and fry
Add chicken wings and brown.
Once Chicken wings are almost cooked through add full bottle of oyster sauce.
Coat all the chicken and then add 500ml of chicken stock or water.
Cover and simmer for 30 mins, remove lid and simmer sauce down until desired thickness.
Serve with rice or salad.
Enjoy!
